Welcome to Hope For Skin Body Butter.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, online store, products, content, and related services. Throughout these Terms, “Hope For Skin Body Butter,” “Hope For Skin,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Hope For Skin Body Butter.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you.

Because screen settings, lighting, natural ingredients, handmade production, and other factors may affect appearance, the color, texture, consistency, or appearance of a product may vary slightly from photographs or from one batch to another.

Hope For Skin products are handmade in small batches. Natural oils, butters, botanicals, and other ingredients may vary slightly in color, scent, firmness, or texture.

We reserve the right to change product descriptions, ingredients, packaging, pricing, availability, or other product details when necessary.

We may discontinue a product or limit the quantity available for purchase at any time.

SECTION 3 — PRODUCT USE

Our products are intended for external cosmetic and personal-care use unless otherwise stated.

Please review product ingredients before use, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

Everyone’s skin is different. We cannot guarantee that a product will be suitable for every individual.

Information provided on our website, product pages, blog, social media, emails, or other materials is provided for general educational and informational purposes and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

If irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical guidance if necessary.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase products from Hope For Skin Body Butter.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing errors, payment problems, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed product prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges.

Any applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Promotional offers may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, limitations, or other conditions. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms of Service, the terms of the promotion will govern that offer.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Hope For Skin currently ships within the United States only.

Standard U.S. shipping, processing times, free local delivery eligibility, tracking, warm-weather packaging, address changes, and other shipping information are described in our Shipping & Order Processing Policy.

Our typical order-processing time is 3–5 business days, with most orders prepared within approximately 3 business days.

Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier operations, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers within our eligible local delivery area may be offered Free Local Delivery during checkout.

If an order is missing, damaged, leaking, incorrect, or otherwise arrives with a problem, please contact us at hope@hopeforskinbodybutter.com so we can review the situation.

Refunds, replacements, and other resolutions are handled according to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 7 — WARM-WEATHER AND TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS

Some Hope For Skin products, including body butter, can soften or melt when exposed to heat.

During warmer weather, we may use protective packaging, cold packs, or other measures intended to reduce heat exposure during transit.

We cannot control the temperature of a package after it leaves our care.

A body butter that has softened or melted because of heat may have a different texture after resolidifying. Melting alone does not necessarily mean that the product is damaged or unsafe to use.

Please bring packages indoors promptly after delivery, particularly during warm weather.

If you believe your product was damaged during shipment, contact us so we can review the issue.

SECTION 8 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS

Our Refund Policy governs return, refund, and replacement requests.

If something is not right with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund, replacement, or another appropriate resolution.

Because our products are personal-care items, we generally do not require customers to return products that have already been opened or used.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Hope For Skin Body Butter is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology that enables us to operate our online store.

Purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Hope For Skin Body Butter.

Shopify is not the seller of Hope For Skin products and is not responsible for Hope For Skin products, order fulfillment, customer-service decisions, refunds, replacements, or other aspects of the sales relationship between you and Hope For Skin Body Butter.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for injury, loss, damage, or claims arising from products purchased directly from Hope For Skin Body Butter.
