How much is shipping?

Standard shipping within the United States is a flat $5.99 per order.

Do you offer free local delivery?

Yes. Customers within our local delivery area may see Free Local Delivery at checkout. Eligibility is automatically determined by the delivery address.

Local orders are delivered directly rather than mailed through a carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Not right now. Hope For Skin currently ships within the United States only.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically prepared within 3–5 business days, and most are ready within about 3 business days.

Shipping transit time begins after your order has been packed and handed to the carrier. You’ll receive tracking information once your shipping label is created.

Will my body butter melt during shipping?

It can. Body butter is made primarily from naturally solid and liquid oils and butters, so warm temperatures can soften or melt it.

We use protective packaging and may include cold packs during warm-weather shipping, but we cannot control every temperature a package encounters after it leaves us.

If your butter arrives soft or melted, keep the jar upright and allow it to cool and resolidify before opening. Its texture may look a little different afterward, but temperature-related melting alone does not necessarily make it unusable.

Should I bring my package inside quickly?

Yes, especially during warm weather. We recommend bringing body-care packages indoors as soon as possible after delivery.

What makes Hope For Skin Body Butter different from lotion?

Hope For Skin Body Butter is water-free and concentrated. Rather than being a water-based lotion, it is made from a rich blend of oils and butters designed to help soften the skin and support lasting moisture.

A little goes a long way.

When should I apply body butter?

For best results, apply it to slightly damp skin, especially after a shower or bath.

The butter helps seal in the moisture already on your skin.

How much should I use?

Start small.

Because the formula is concentrated and water-free, you typically need less than you would with a traditional lotion. You can always add more where your skin needs it.

What is the difference between the 2 oz and 8 oz sizes?

The 2 oz jar is a smaller size that works well for trying the product, travel, your bag, or targeted areas.

The 8 oz jar is designed for regular full-body use and offers better value for customers who use body butter consistently.

Is Fragrance-Free completely scentless?

Fragrance-Free contains no added fragrance.

Because it is made with natural oils, butters, and botanical ingredients, you may still notice a mild natural aroma from the ingredients themselves.

Is your body butter good for sensitive skin?

Our Fragrance-Free Body Butter was created with sensitive skin in mind and contains no added fragrance.

That said, everyone’s skin is different. Review the full ingredient list before use, especially if you have known sensitivities or allergies. A small patch test is a reasonable first step when trying a new body-care product.

Can children use it?

Our fragrance-free formula is intentionally simple and family-friendly, but parents and caregivers should review the ingredient list and make the decision that is appropriate for their child.

For very young children or anyone with diagnosed skin conditions or ingredient allergies, consult their healthcare professional when appropriate.

Can I use it on my face?

Hope For Skin Body Butter is formulated as a body moisturizer. Facial skin can have different needs and sensitivities, so we recommend using products specifically suited to your face.

How should I store my body butter?

Keep the jar tightly closed and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Avoid introducing water into the jar.

Why can the texture vary from jar to jar?

Hope For Skin Body Butter is handmade in small batches using natural butters and oils.

Natural ingredients can vary slightly, and temperature changes can also affect firmness and texture. Small variations are normal and part of working with these ingredients.

Yes. Fragrance-Free is our core option, and we also create select scented body butters and seasonal releases throughout the year.
